Bullring Hoardings Project
A 4.5 metre long piece of public artwork by Tom was unveiled this week by Bullring Birmingham as part of their Spiceal Street development. The artwork focused on the company's marketing message 'things are more exciting at the centre' and contained many fragments of Bullring architecture and features.
